The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, formal PM training, and strong Excel, analytical and communication skills to drive timely decisions and outcomes across functions in a fast-moving CPG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Formal PM training/education preferred.
• Strong Excel/Office skills and data analysis ability.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing/CPG environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on project management with complex timelines.
• Understanding of cross-functional roles in corporate/manufacturing settings.
• Experience with product development or commercialization in CPG.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple new product development projects through the MAGIC process, creating plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Capture and maintain project data in the PLM system and track KPIs; facilitate cross-functional communications between teams and stakeholders.
