Condux International is seeking a Design Engineer for New Product Development to turn customer needs into practical engineering solutions. You will design, validate, and oversee products from concept through production, working with management, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Prototyping, testing, and FEA/DFMEA insights help ensure safe, high-quality results. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and 3+ years in product development, with Creo or similar CAD experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in product development.
• Experience with complex mechanical equipment preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (Creo preferred).
• Experience with prototyping, testing and validation.
• Familiarity with FEA, DFMA and DFMEA.

Responsabilités

• New Product Development – contribute to design and development from concept through production using Stage-Gate process.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, operations, and quality teams to align on objectives and drive project execution.
• Engineering Design & Validation – create and review engineering documentation and specifications; oversee prototyping and testing to validate design concepts.
• Project Execution – plan and manage engineering work, meet milestones, communicate progress and risks, support product launch and troubleshooting.
