Confidential Aerospace Manufacturer seeks an experienced Procurement leader to manage plant procurement and supply chain strategies. You will guide the team, align cross-functional goals, and drive cost savings while ensuring compliance with processes and ERP systems.
Relocation is provided, with a strong benefits package and on-site collaboration. This role demands strategic procurement oversight and hands-on shop floor engagement to support production schedules.
Relocate to the rolling hills of northwest New Jersey, just outside the New York metro, and join one of the world's leading aerospace manufacturers, full relocation covered, top-of-market compensation, and a seat at the table on a 75+ year legacy of turbine engine innovation.
This is a rare chance to join our client, a globally recognized aerospace manufacturer, a company that has spent 75+ years pushing the boundaries of turbine engine technology. Consistently ranked among the world's best employers, this publicly traded organization backs that reputation with a culture that genuinely prioritizes its people.
This role comes with a full relocation package, moving expenses, temporary housing, and transition support, to bring the best candidate to our client's flagship Northern New Jersey facility, not just the closest one. Whether you're in Pittsburgh, Wichita, Charlotte, or anywhere in between, if you've got the procurement chops to run plant operations for a global aerospace leader, we want to talk.
The selected candidate will report to the Plant Manager and provide managerial and leadership support to the Procurement and Supply Chain Team to ensure Business Unit goals are met through the execution of procurement strategies, including securing supply, cost savings, process optimization, and supplier risk mitigation. The overall goal is to support the production schedule while obtaining the best achievable value for supplies and services while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
Augmentis is conducting this search on behalf of our client. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client, not by Augmentis.
