Location: Hope Cancer Care of Nevada
Pay Range: $15.83 - $26.38
Position Summary
- Assigns new patients and hospital consultations to designated physicians.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Must communicate effectively with physicians.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations, showing poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to administrative problems, and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of secretarial and office administrative procedures and equipment operation acquired through related experience.
Licenses & Certifications
Valid Driver’s license in state of residency for travel to clinics is required.

Work Hours
Standard Core Workdays/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
