The position offers a guaranteed salary and an aggressive commission structure with opportunities for leadership training and expansion into new retail locations across the US.

Job Description

At Walker Retail Solutions we specialize in in-store marketing campaigns. We work inside of America’s largest retail stores helping them promote their brand and acquire new customers.

We offer a guaranteed salary based on 40 hour weeks and also offer a commission structure on top. Our commission plan is aggressive. The most successful employees earn well above guaranteed hourly rate.

We are looking for future leaders to grow into a management role with our company while focusing on the following areas:

• Development of marketing campaigns and strategies
• Customer service and client acquisition
• Implementation of product launches
• Rigorous leadership training
• Expanding this exciting program into over 700 additional retail locations throughout the US
• In-store promotional advertising

Job Requirements

• College degree preferred or in the process of completion
• 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales and / or marketing
• Ability to excel in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Comfortable speaking in large groups / strong presentation skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with others and foster a positive company and brand image
• Demonstrated team management and leadership ability is a plus
• Effective interpersonal skills and strong communication (written and verbal)
