Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in the United States seeks a New Nurse Graduate RN to join our patient-care team. You will receive a 3‑month education program, hands-on training, and supervision as you begin dialysis care.

No dialysis experience is required—we train. The role features 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts, Sundays off, and a strong emphasis on teamwork, patient education, and quality outcomes within a nonprofit, mission-driven clinic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and care for patients during dialysis.
• Prepare dialysis machines and treatment supplies.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision.
• Document patient information and education.
• Participate in patient care conferences and rounds.
• Coordinate with local hospitals for continuity of care.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Contribute to staff training and onboarding.
• Support a comprehensive education program for new staff.
• Handle additional tasks as requested.

The New Nurse Graduate provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis or hospital services units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.

Schedule: 4 days a week--10-hour shifts. In-Center RNs have Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect:

• DCI provides a 3-month comprehensive education program, including classroom group sessions, job shadowing, and one-on-one skills training
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
• Prepare dialysis machine and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching, including relevant documentation
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications under supervision of registered nurse
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance
• Contribute to training new staff members as directed
• Additional tasks as requested
