Job summary

Mountain Air Helicopters, Inc. is seeking full-time experienced utility helicopter pilots. The role involves daily preflight, flight planning, and operating in remote locations under VFR conditions.

You will work on external load missions, powerline construction support, and fire response with USFS/OAS agencies. Competitive compensation is offered based on experience, with medical and travel benefits included.

Qualifications

• 2,500 hours of helicopter flight time.
• 150 hours in Airbus AS350 helicopters.
• 150 hours of external load experience.
• Meet USFS/OAS pilot carding minimums and complete interagency check ride.

Responsibilities

• Daily preflight, FRaT, post-flight procedures.
• Prepare flight plans, weight and balance, and passenger briefing.
• Pilot in remote locations under VFR conditions.
• Liaise with customers for relations and coordination.
• Complete annual flight and ground training; adhere to FAA safety standards.
