Job summary

Compeer Financial invites you to contribute to New Markets lending and product development as a part-time-to-full-time internship in Wisconsin. You will collaborate with team members, research industry best practices, and help summarize program criteria for USDA and related initiatives.

This paid internship requires housing and transportation arranged by the intern, with office locations in Sun Prairie, Prairie du Sac (WI), or Naperville (IL).

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant field such as agricultural business, finance or data science.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office applications.
• Clear written and verbal communication; attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with New Markets lending and product development projects.
• Research programs and practices of peer Farm Credit associations and financial institutions.
• Review reports for USDA/USDA-related programs and summarize criteria for applicability.
• Analyze program data and track results against company benchmarks.
