Job summary

Fisher Phillips, in New Jersey, seeks a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience litigating wage and hour class and/or collective actions, draft and argue motions (including decertification), and prepare witnesses for depositions. Excellent writing, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.

Job description

The New Jersey office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate would have substantial experience litigating wage and hour class and/or collective action. Qualified candidates need to demonstrate experience and proficiency drafting and ideally arguing motions, including motions to decertify a conditional class, and experience preparing witnesses for taking and/or defending depositions. Successful candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service.

The yearly salary range for this position is $170,000 - $195,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
