Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to treat patients via the Talkspace platform, across your licensed states. The role is a contract position with full support from Talkspace, removing overhead like billing and marketing so you can focus on care.

You will conduct PDE interviews for new patients and E/M sessions for established ones, using video sessions, and coordinating with our psychiatry team. A private practice style with flexible scheduling is offered.

**This is a contract position**

What you’ll do:

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure
• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans
• Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed

Compensation:

• $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination - 45-60 min)
• $30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient, depending on the length of the session (Evaluation and Management - 10-49 min)

About you:

• You must have an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in New Jersey state and 2+ years prescribing experience
• Active DEA and individual NPI number
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one
• Reliable internet connection
• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate
