BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable for diverse client support. The role offers a fully remote schedule with no caseload limits, strong supervisory support, and licensure reimbursement

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
