Job summary

Adi Development Group is seeking an experienced, high-performing sales leader to convert qualified traffic into firm sales across our communities. You will own the full sales cycle, negotiate terms, and drive broker relationships in the GTHA to achieve weekly targets with a disciplined CRM pipeline.

You will earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $425,000 at sellout. Evening and weekend availability is expected; a real estate license is not required.

Qualifications

• Proven closing ability with 24 months of track record to discuss.
• Hunter’s discipline: prospecting, follow-up, ownership of pipeline.
• Fluency or quick capacity in GTHA market and purchaser financing.

Responsibilities

• Convert appointments, walk-ins, and broker registrations into firm sales.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to firm agreement.
• Develop and maintain broker and agent relationships across the GTHA.
• Guide buyers through deposits, financing milestones and closing to drive referrals.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM and meet weekly targets.
