NVR, Inc. is seeking motivated Sales Representatives for New Homes. You will engage potential buyers, showcase our new homes, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

You'll work with a team to generate leads, conduct needs analyses, and help customers achieve home ownership. Lucrative commission-based pay rewards performance and results in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills required.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to organize leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Top performers have backgrounds in luxury, pharma, auto, or cellular sales.
