The New Home Consultant guides homebuyers through the purchasing process, from initial engagement to closing. This role requires proactive sales techniques, customer relationship management, and a strong understanding of the housing market to ensure a seamless experience for buyers.
Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is essential. The job may require working more than eight hours per day in confined quarters of a construction trailer, operating a motor vehicle, reading plans, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving and/or carrying equipment that may exceed 50 pounds. Occasional operation of construction equipment and finger dexterity to use a computer keyboard and calculator may also be required.
