Job summary

Sanford Health in Luverne, MN is seeking a positive, compassionate new graduate RN for our Nurse Residency track. You will learn across units, supported by nursing leaders, and gain hands-on experience in General Medicine, Emergency Department, and More.

This full-time position offers rotating 8-hour shifts, 32 weekly hours, and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multi-state license.
• Willingness to participate in residency and ongoing nursing education.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Provides empathetic care through all stages of preventive services, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Demonstrates nursing competency and uses clinical judgment daily.
