Job Description:The New Grad RN position is for recent RN graduates or those with less than one year of RN experience. Those hired as a New Grad RN will work under a licensed RN until license can be verified. In conjunction with working on this unit New Grad RNs attend Intermountain’s one-year nurse residency program. Our floor is a 36 bed unit that also serves as a step-down ICU and plays a crucial role in our hospital by providing higher levels of care for patients who have undergone significant cardiac procedures or who are experiencing cardiac issues.
