Nursing opportunity at Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center - Nursing: 5A Satellite in Charlotte, NC. This full-time RN role requires a 36-hour work week with three 12-hour night shifts and a rotating holiday/weekend schedule.

A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants who have not received another bonus in 24 months. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, applying nursing process and evidence-based practice to deliver safe, high-quality care while supporting

Pay Range

$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work

The Satellite department consists of 4 Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry units, totaling 34 beds. Our units are dedicated to delivering safe and quality care to patients seamlessly, while optimizing patient flow and capacity by alleviating pressure on the Emergency Department. We cater to a diverse patient population experiencing a wide array of acute diagnoses, including (but not limited to) chest pain, pneumonia, electrolyte imbalances, diabetes, cellulitis, trauma injuries, and mental health instabilities.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
