Our team collaborates closely with emergency room staff, hospitalists, psychiatric liaison providers, and Behavioral Health Patient Placement partners to ensure timely and appropriate transitions for our vulnerable patient population. We care for a diverse group of patients, including those with addiction, Alzheimer's, brain injuries, trauma, and postpartum mental health conditions.
