Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA is recruiting for its New Graduate RN program across Cardiac, Med Surg, ED, and Progressive Care units. We offer hands-on training, mentorship from clinical educators, and a 12‑month curriculum to bridge from student to registered nurse.
We are accepting May and August 2026 graduates with a generous benefits package and a sign-on bonus up to $25,000, paid as you advance through the program.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed or eligible to practice in Massachusetts, or currently enrolled with graduation date within 12 months.
- Externships available for hands-on experience and transition to RN.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent direct patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
- Supervise and delegate nursing tasks to support staff as appropriate.

Our New Graduate RN program offers innovative curriculum delivered through a comprehensive 12‑month program focused on creating a solid foundation at the start of your nursing profession. We designed an environment to help you develop delegation and priority setting skills, holistic patient care through interdisciplinary communication and establishment of valuable professional relationships. You will have the opportunity to experience different shifts, patient populations, and unit cultures.
Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care. Will specifically, assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients. Will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.
Please be advised that candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre‑employment health screening which includes a drug screen.
Required: Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school, or currently enrolled in nursing school with a graduation date within the next 12 months

Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
