TriStar Health invites a New Graduate Registered Nurse to join our patient-first team in Middle Tennessee as part of a structured nurse residency. Under experienced preceptors, you will deliver compassionate care, perform assessments, administer medications, and document in the EMR with safety and quality at the forefront.

You’ll rotate within an acute care unit, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and mentor patient and family education.
