Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking compassionate RNs to join our Missouri team, delivering in-home pediatric nursing care to children with medical complexities. You will support families in familiar settings, provide skilled care, and coordinate with the care team to ensure comfort and safety.

Openings for Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN shifts across days, evenings, and weekends. Training and ongoing professional development are provided to help you grow in a focused pediatric home health

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri.
• Pediatric care experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to provide care in home and school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes.
• Administer medications and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care.
• Educate families and maintain documentation.
• Follow individualized care plans and ensure safety.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings

Earn More for Select Shifts

• Night Shift Differential, 7 nights/week 7p-7a: +$2.00/hour
• Saturday/Sunday Shift Differential, Saturday 12a-Mon 12a: +$2.00/hour
