BAYADA Home Health Care in Minnesota is hiring for a New Grad Nurse Residency Program, inviting newly graduated LPNs to join a mission-driven team in home health care. The program includes paid training, 1:1 support, and opportunities to grow in a structured residency while treating local clients in the Twin Cities area.

We offer full-time schedules (36+ hours/week), daytime and overnight shifts, and competitive pay of $25–$27 per hour with weekly pay and PTO.

• Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota (or pending licensure with NCLEX date).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
