VNAcare is seeking a New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team for a Monday–Friday shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role involves assisting RNs with basic patient care and supporting patients to achieve their health goals.

The ideal candidate is a recent LPN graduate with a valid license in the state, BLS certification, and strong communication skills. Prior CNA/HHA/MA experience is preferred, with a focus on empathetic, patient-centered care.
