Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking upcoming graduates for full-time Assistant Field Manager roles in the construction industry. The position supports Superintendents in administrative, compliance, procurement, building, and reporting tasks on site.

Responsibilities include interpreting shop drawings, expediting materials, monitoring production rates, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring on-site safety and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be an upcoming graduate pursuing a degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Alternatively, military training/experience in construction-related fields will be considered.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills.

• Assists Superintendent and/or Assistant Superintendent in administrative, compliance, procurement, building, and reporting responsibilities, as assigned
