What are skills that would be helpful to your success as a new graduate?

• Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET‑accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Available to start on an agreed upon date between January 2027 and July 2027.
• Preferred Courses for Mechanical Applicants: Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Material Science, Statics, Structural Analysis, Mechanics of Materials, and Engineering Mechanics.
• Preferred Courses for Civil Appicants: Statistics, Structural Analysis, Mechanics of Materials, Steel Design, Concrete Design, Structural Dynamics, and Engineering Mechanics.
• A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.

Interview And Employment Requirements

• Completion of pre interview assessments.
• College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post‑graduation.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client‑specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
