Job summary

Bechtel is recruiting for a University Hire Program across multiple U.S. locations to develop the next generation of supply chain professionals. You will engage in procurement, contracts, logistics, and materials management for Bechtel’s global projects, with hands-on exposure and structured development.

Successful candidates will join full-time roles, gain experience across disciplines, and contribute to complex infrastructure programs while rotating through business units and offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics from an accredited college or university.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and international project sites.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement/purchasing and contracts processes.
• Assist with logistics planning and execution for global projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Build and maintain supplier and contractor relationships.
• Support quality and expediting activities to meet project needs.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and reporting for supplier involvement.
