Job summary

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is hiring New Grad RNs & LPNs for 1:1 pediatric home health across Western Nebraska. As a PHS nurse, you’ll be a trusted part of a child’s world, delivering skilled nursing, medications, and therapies in home or school settings while partnering with families for safe, compassionate care.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN schedules with Days/Nights/Weekends. Training and 24/7 clinical support keep you growing professionally, while you build lasting relationships

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Nebraska.
• Ability to provide skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in home and school settings.
• Strong communication with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
