Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with ADN or BSN.
• Participation in Nurse Residency/Novice RN Program required.
• Maryland RN licensure or eligibility via Compact.
• Current American Heart Association BLS required (Red Cross acceptable for hire).
• Specialty life support certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire/orientation.
• ACLS for adult critical care; PALS for pediatric critical care; NRP for neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as CN I and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
