Job summary

Tenet Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care for a group of patients under minimal supervision, aligning patient needs with nurse competencies. The incumbent completes competencies within the introductory period and performs related duties as assigned.

Minimum education includes graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a preferred Bachelor's Degree. Active RN license and BLS are required on hire, with BLS to be obtained within 60 days; ACLS/TNCC and other modules

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification at hire; must obtain BLS within 60 days.
• ACLS/TNCC, PALS/ENPC, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., Fetal Monitoring, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention may be required depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a group of patients based on matching needs with nurse competencies.
• Complete established competencies within the designated introductory period.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
