Minimum training includes a Bachelor of Nursing preferred; nurses hired after 2013 must pursue BSN within four years. Licensure by SC Board or compact state and a current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• RN staff hired on or after July 1, 2013 must enroll in BSN within two years and obtain BSN within four years.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, assist at the advanced beginner level in providing individualized nursing care.
• Interact with health care team to achieve desired patient outcomes.
