Cleveland Clinic is expanding its Neuro Transitional Care Unit with a Registered Nurse residency program for new graduates or nurses with limited experience. You will provide direct nursing care, work with a coach, and develop clinical judgment while delivering high-quality neurological care on a 7:00am–7:30pm or 7:30pm–7:30am day/night rotation.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold an RN license in the state, and maintain BLS certification.

The highly specialized and diverse M80 Neuro Transitional Care Unit treats neurological conditions requiring both stepdown and intermediate levels of support. This team commonly performs complex procedures, including intracranial pressure monitoring, lumbar punctures and central/arterial line placements. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will participate in a year-long residency program, customized to fit you, your needs and your pace, where you will provide direct nursing care, be paired with a coach that guides you toward success, develop clinical judgement, cultivate excellent communication skills and acquire complex nursing skills.
Minimum hourly: $35.50
Maximum hourly: $55.60
