Cleveland Clinic is seeking a New Grad RN Resident at our Main Campus in Cleveland, Ohio. This position offers a comprehensive one-year Nurse Residency program designed for professional growth. As a caregiver, you will provide exceptional patient care, participate in hands-on training, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced cardiovascular telemetry unit.
The role requires a graduate nursing degree, current RN licensure, and BLS certification. Pay ranges from $35.50 to $55.60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

The J51 unit is a 24‑bed cardiovascular telemetry unit that specializes in post‑open heart, surgical, and ventricular assist device patients. This unit is fast‑paced and provides excellent opportunities in nursing growth and development with the ability to care for patients undergoing innovative procedures. As a New Grad RN Resident on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send‑off. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families, and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed.
A caregiver in this position works a day/night rotation from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Minimum hourly: $35.50
Maximum hourly: $55.60
