Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• California RN license by start date; interim permits may be considered.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications at time of hire; commitment to obtain ART within six months of hire date.
• Current PALS certification at time of hire.
• Licensure and certification not required at time of application but required by cohort start date (March 5, 2027).
• Must have less than six months of working RN experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, identify and implement nursing interventions and evaluate results for diverse patient populations.
• Direct and act as resource to other members of the nursing team as assigned.
• Promotes compliance and support of policies and fosters professional collegial relationships.
