• Assist with nursing assessments under the direct supervision of a licensed RN; document findings.
• Develop a plan of care with patient/family involvement; arrange referrals as needed.
• Record patient care as delivered and note variations with rationale under supervision.
• Participate in QI initiatives and adjust staffing for census and acuity."
