Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a New Grad RN Resident to begin a career in post-operative patient care within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

This full-time position features day shifts with night rotation and weekend requirements, a salary range of $35.50–$55.60 per hour, and a residency core curriculum tailored to individual learning needs and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN) required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients' health and initiate action to correct, reduce or prevent risk.
• Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients' medical records.
