Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio or eligible to obtain.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Chemo competency within 6 months of hire with IV therapy training.
• ACLS certification if in a Critical Care area, within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care on a night shift with weekend/holiday requirements.
• Participate in a residency core curriculum and work with a success coach.
• Establish priorities for patient care and respond to risk indicators.
• Document in patients' medical records and seek supervision when needed.
