Job summary

Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lee's Summit, MO invites new graduates to a structured RN residency program across emergency, medical-surgical, cardiovascular, and intermediate care tracks.

Participants will be paired with experienced nurses and clinical educators, mentored throughout a 12-month orientation, and supported in transitioning to professional practice with growth opportunities and shared governance involvement.

Qualifications

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year.
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various
• Associate Degree

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other staff.
• Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients and consult with the health care team as needed.
