As a New Grad RN, you will join a team with access to Level I Trauma, specialized centers, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• California RN license by start date; interim permits considered.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications at time of hire; ART within 6 months.
• Current PALS certification.
• Licensure/certification due by cohort start date.
• Less than 6 months of RN experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement nursing interventions under general supervision.
• Evaluate results for diverse patient populations.
• Direct and assist other nursing team members as assigned.
• Promote compliance with policies and foster professional relationships.
