Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton seeks a New Grad RN Resident for the ICU Stepdown unit. You will be mentored by a coach while delivering direct nursing care to high-acuity patients during a structured residency program.

This full-time night-shift role includes a $5/hour shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and a one-year residency with hands-on training, online modules, and simulation labs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification upon hire or within first year of employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care (acuity of need, patient preference and resource availability).
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients' health and initiate action to correct, reduce or prevent risk.
