Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of applicable nursing experience is required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross is required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients using the nursing process.
• Delegate patient care tasks to team members as appropriate.
• Supervise other patient care staff during shifts.
• Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients with the health care team.
• Consult with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
