Qualifications

• Nursing degree required (Diploma or Associate's).
• Current NYS RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and safety using the nursing process in collaboration with physicians and the health team.
• Develop and document individualized care plans for each patient and communicate plans with the care team.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure compliance with department protocols.
• Communicate patient health status, treatment plans, and progress to patients, families, and the care team.
• Support and educate patients and families to understand care plans and procedures.
