Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have active Texas State RN license.
• BLS required; ACLS within 60 days if applicable.
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention for Behavioral Health may be required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and plans care with rapid reassessment.
• Delivers nursing care for Med Surg patients under supervision.
• Documents plans and care provided, coordinates with team.
• Administers medications and participates in discharge planning.
