Norton Healthcare, Inc. in Indiana is seeking Registered Nurses to provide safe, patient- and family-centered care across a range of units. RNs will supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, assess and implement care plans, and mentor teammates to uphold quality outcomes.

New Graduate RNs pursuing ADN or BSN and Experienced RNs are encouraged to learn more through our information sessions and pathways designed to support professional development within our Practice Governance framework.

Qualificações

• No experience required for full-time or part-time positions. If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute-care setting.
• Diploma or Associate Nursing
• Registered Nurse (IN)

Responsabilidades

• The RN supervises licensed and non-licensed staff members.
• Applying the caring processes of the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care, the RN has the responsibility to assess, develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care.
• The RN focuses on patient and family comforts, education and satisfaction.
• The RN applies his/her educational and professional experiences in the delivery of quality care and mentoring/precepting staff.
