Qualifications

• - Current AZ RN license
• - BLS Certification
• - RN Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Participates with other disciplines in planning, implementation, evaluation and modification of nursing care and gives direct nursing care.
• Performs nursing procedures following Tiered Nursing Orientation and competency checklists for which competency has been established and signed off.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality through participation in continuous improvement activities and sharing information on evaluation effectiveness.
