Bronson Hospital is seeking a Graduate Nurse for various inpatient units in Kalamazoo, MI. Nurses work under direct RN supervision, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care throughout the stay.

The role requires an approved nursing program completion, NCLEX success, and RN licensure within 8 weeks post-graduation, plus BLS certification. Day 1 benefits, competitive pay, and sign-on options are offered.

Formación

• Associate’s degree, Diploma, or a BS or BSN from an approved or accredited Nursing Program prior to employment required.
• Evidence of graduation from an accredited or approved School of Nursing; transcript or official letter.
• Upon successful completion of NCLEX and obtainment of RN license, candidate will be moved into a Registered Nurse position.
• BLS certification required by completion of core orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the patient’s physical and developmental needs.
• Develops a plan of care for assigned patients based on assessment.
• Manages care plan and delegates therapeutic interventions.
• Takes vital signs and monitors patient condition.
• Supports discharge planning and patient education.
