Job summary

The RN New Grad position at Onvida Health is a training/orientation role at Yuma Medical Center to develop the skills and critical reasoning for a competent inpatient RN. Qualifications

• Current Arizona state RN license or compact state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessment & coordination of direct patient care.
• Performs charting and documentation.
• Performs teaching to patient & family in preparation for discharge home.
• Provides communication to healthcare team.
• Other duties as assigned.
