You will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care for intermediate‑acuity patients transitioning from critical care to Med/Surg, with careful handoffs and close collaboration with physicians and the care team. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Missouri RN license or compact license.
• BLS required; ACLS/NIHSS/PCCN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for intermediate-acuity patients transitioning from critical care to Med/Surg.
• Perform accurate hand-offs and bedside shift reporting.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary partners to optimize outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor complex conditions (cardiac, respiratory, post-ICU).
