Job summary

Advocate Health’s 3 South Cardiac Medical Telemetry unit in Milwaukee is seeking both novice and experienced registered nurses to join our Magnet-designated facility. You will provide coordinated patient care on a 32-bed unit, with a focus on excellence, teamwork, and equity, while supporting the New Graduate Nurse Residency Program.

Night differential of $5/hr is offered, and the unit emphasizes professional growth and safe patient care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the state where practice is required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA).
• Graduating in December 2026 from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
