Job summary

Atrium Health Kings Mountain is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Behavioral Health Unit on a 20-bed inpatient unit. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, using the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care for adults facing acute mental health crises.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice and strong communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
