BAYADA Home Health Care in Durham, NC is seeking nurses to begin a Nurse Residency, providing one-on-one patient care and growth in home health. You’ll work with a supportive team, learn new skills, and advance your nursing career within a nonprofit, patient-centered organization.

The Nurse Residency program includes paid training from day one, simulation labs, and a structure that helps new nurses gain confidence. Flexible scheduling and strong benefits complete the offering.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care and support.
• Engage in nurse residency training and simulations.
• Collaborate with clinical team to deliver quality home health care.
